    Position Summary

    Responsible for increasing market share for a specific channel of trade by securing new accounts and developing existing clients.

     Essential Functions/Major Duties & Responsibilities

    1. Establish, maintain and service the team channel with key partners nationally & regionally 
    2. Drive sales growth nationally through leadership with internal teams, as well as independent rep agencies utilizing current programs and resources
    3. Align with national G-Form vision while creating and maintaining go to market strategies to maximize sales
    4. Engage with independent rep agents/agencies including seeking and vetting new sales agents/agencies and evaluating current agent/agencies performance to assure we are working with the correct partners
    5. Identify, manage, and develop new points of distribution in conjunction with sales agents/agencies
    6. Manage, prioritize, and participate within events in designated region and ultimately evaluate the appropriate level of G-Forms presence 
    7. Manage a regional budget for events, samples, etc.
    8. Coordinating with marketing the allocation of resources to support events in designated region
    9. Identify trends and changes in all categories and communicate them with product development/Brand marketing to keep G-form fresh and innovative
    10. Analyze competitive landscape and communicate them with the CSO
    11. Assist in forecasting growth and identifying markets where G-Form can potentially add and grow distribution

     Specific, Routine, Ongoing Tasks

    1. Maintain a full knowledge of all history, open and back ordered product within the outlined region
    2. Constantly communicate with team, internal and external, to ensure they have the right tools to complete their jobs
    3. Establish a network of retailers to assist with feedback on all aspects of our business and maintain an open dialogue with them
    4. Communicate with CSO on a weekly basis regarding all aspects of business in designated region
    5. Immediately communicating to CSO any significant changes in distribution 

     Skills/Qualifications: 

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required which include but are not limited to:

    1. Experience leading and developing team sports products in the team channel
    2. 5 years sales leadership experience in the team channel
    3. Ability to engage in consistent and professional relationships across all mediums of communication and personal interactions with customers, business partners and consumers
    4. General understanding of Microsoft office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
    5. Ability to analyze and anticipate changes in the marketplace 
    6. Able to adjust to a rapid paced and constantly changing work environment

    2. Expected to adapt immediately to changes and the tools available to complete tasks
    3. Maintain a business practice that encompasses an outstanding level of integrity
    4. To work as a team and be integral to a selfless work environment and strive to consistently do the right thing

    Supervisory Responsibility

    Will potentially have supervisory responsibility over internal staff, will need to manage and evaluate effectiveness of independent agencies and sales representatives.

    Physical Demands: 

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hand tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

    Travel

    This position requires approximately 50% travel time for customer interaction, trade shows, inspiration trips, development trips or design conferences. Travel length varies from daytrips to trips lasting 2-3 days.
