As Sr. Change Management Specialist, you'll be able to advise and work with HR team members to define and execute communication programs that effectively drive and embed business initiatives. You will craft and tell a story to stakeholders across various organizational levels, through different media adapting to new trends. To be successful in this role, you will listen to the needs of the organization, ask the right questions, and drive meaningful solutions. You'll also review existing content to curate themes and messages, leveraging best practices and ensuring consistency of message and brand.

This role will lead large-scale change management initiatives, help people become comfortable with the pace of change by articulating the value, what’s in it for them, and communicate how various initiatives connect to the HR and business priorities.
