Certified Nurses Assistant (CNA)

12 hour shifts

We are looking for determined, dedicated, and diligent CNAs for a long-term opportunity in the Wichita Falls area with an established client. Upon completion of the contract, you will have the opportunity to join the facilities care staff permanently. This is a great way to get your foot in the door with a nationally known company that strives for excellence in long-term and rehabilitative care.
This client requires consistent timeliness on arrival to shifts, teamwork engagement practices with fellow caregivers, and focused quality care to all of its patients.

Responsibilities:

• Taking and recording BP, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Inform the clinical supervisor of changes in the client’s condition.
• Document care is given, observations, and treatments.
• Comply with the policies and procedures of the facility.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Ensure and protect clients’ rights and maintain confidentiality.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• 1 year experience as a CNA in the last 3 years in a supervised setting preferred.
• Current CPR in compliance with the American Heart Association standards
• Current CNA licensure in the State of Texas
• Memory Care Experience preferred.
• 1-year experience preferred
• Hospice experience preferred.
