Duties:

• Collaborating with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Assisting physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
• Collecting and processing laboratory specimens.
• Administering injections or treatments as directed by physicians.
• Performing routine medical examinations like taking and recording vital signs.
• Updating patient medical records and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information.
• Scheduling patient appointments and following up as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment.
• Educating and counseling patients by empathetically responding to their questions and concerns.

Requirements:

• Excellent patient service delivery skills with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in medical software and Microsoft office programs
• An understanding of medical terminologies, health information management, and ability to adhere strictly to health information regulations
• Flexibility to work in shifts including some weekends and evenings
• High school graduate or G.E.D certificate required
• 18 years old and above
• Proof of COVID vaccination
