POSITION SUMMARY:The Certified Medication Aide works in harmony with the nursing staff, ensuring that patients get the medications they need to improve their health and lives. If you are a Certified Medication Aide with a true passion for patient care and compassion for others, apply todayMedication Aide/Certified Nurse Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare and administer oral, nasal, eye, ear, and topical medications in accordance with facility policies and procedures and state law.Provide additional, varied care services to patients as instructed and under the supervision of nursing staff QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:Must be a licensed CNA in good standing with the state (as required)Must have a current Medication Administrative Certificate approved by the state (as required)Effective communication and interpersonal skills required1 years of experience as a CNA preferred
