Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA - Long-Term Acute Care

MORE ABOUT THE CNA CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT POSITION:

1. Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image 
2. Work independently with attention to detail and possess the necessary knowledge of all aspects of daily operations 
3. Foster a caring environment that respects patient's dignity
4. Provide direct care to patients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting 
5. Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, ensuring their safety and comfort 
6. Ensure proper hygiene for patients, including skin care, oral care, and nail care 
7. Regularly reposition and turn patients to prevent pressure ulcers and ensure their comfort 
8. Remain flexible to work a variable schedule that includes early start times, late end times, weekends, and holidays  

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CNA CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT: 

1. 2 years of bedside clinical experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
2. Must be eligible to work in the United States 
3. CNA license in AR
4. BLS issued by the AHA
