Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Master's Degree in CNM studies, from an accredited institution.

Experience:

• Previous relevant clinical experience in field of certification.

Skills/Certifications:

• Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License
• Active Registered Nurse License
• National Specialty Board Certification
• Eligible for NPI and DEA
