Certified Nurse Midwife provides professional care for patients with obstetric and gynecologic needs. Assists patients in labor and delivery, as well as postpartum care. Being a Certified Nurse Midwife ensures safety and health of mother and child and identifies need for additional care. Works in conjunction with a practicing physician. Additionally, Certified Nurse Midwife requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Certified as Nurse Midwife. Requires Registered Nurse. Requires Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Certified Nurse Midwife's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Starting pay of $14 - $18.75 per hour dependent upon shift and inclusive of base pay and any incentives. Please see wage details below.
The following shifts are available:
Day Shift: Monday- Friday, 5:45am - 2:15pm (base pay only $14 - 15 / hourly)
Evening Shift: Monday - Friday, 1:45pm - 10:15pm (base pay with shift differential $17 - $18 / hourly)
Overnight Shift: Schedule options listed on application, 9:45pm - 6:15am (base pay with shift differential $15 - $16 / hourly)
Weekend Shift: Saturday - Sunday, 5:45am - 10:15pm (base pay with Baylor pay bonus ($17.50 - $18.75 / hourly)
