Certified EHR Trainer conducts technical training programs for end users of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Determines training objectives and creates lesson plans and other materials needed for training. Being a Certified EHR Trainer configures the training environment to ensure end-users can practice using EHR software both inside and outside of the classroom. Designs and delivers new hire training and ongoing user training during system changes and upgrades. Additionally, Certified EHR Trainer may be responsible for implementing a credentialed trainer program that ensures EHR instructors have the required level of system knowledge to effectively deliver training. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Typically requires Epic/Cerner or similar certification. The Certified EHR Trainer gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. EHR Services is working with Covaris, LLC to hire a Field Services Engineer.
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for coordinating and executing field service activities of Covaris instruments, serving as the first point of contact for technical support questions, and coordinating and performing on-site repair and preventative maintenance. Operating under general supervision, this role is expected to work independently, relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This position reports to the Director of Global Service.
