Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: 2216 Lester Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: $40-$70/hr

Job Summary:
Sandia Ridge Center, a 136-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide expert care in our diverse setting. This position offers you the opportunity to work in post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, respite care, and unique Mental Health and Recovery services.

Qualifications:

• Valid OT license in New Mexico
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred
• Commitment to providing high-quality, empathetic care
• Accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
• Engage with patients and families to educate and prepare for post-therapy life
