The HR/Central Supply Clerk will organize, maintain and complete all payroll and human resource records and paperwork. The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have strong customer service skills and be a self-starter. Attention to detail is a must! They will be responsible for managing the facility’s medical equipment and supplies to properly support the quality of care given to the residents.

Responsibilities and Purpose

• Accurate inputting of facility payroll and keeping all payroll records in an orderly fashion.
• Keeping records and completing all Human Resources duties including employee files and associated paperwork, injury paperwork and follow-up, health and dental benefit paperwork and records, OSHA logs and information.
• Clerical support to Administrator and other facility administrative employees.
• Help answer phone and act as receptionist of facility.
• Coordinate with the nursing staff on the ordering of medical supplies and equipment in order to keep the facility adequately supplied while adhering to the facility’s budget.
• Responsible for stickering and stocking supplies in the satellite rooms and keeping resident charge cards in the treatment books.
• Accurately enter required data into the computer system and keeps information current. Obtain the doctor’s signature when needed on specified forms and forward to the ancillary company in a timely matter.

Desired Experience and Education

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• One (1) year previous administrative or HR experience preferred.
• Some vocational training or college preferred.
• One (1) or more years experience in a skilled nursing environment strongly preferred
