As an Office Manager/Central Supply you are instrumental in the efficiency of operations throughout the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Mountain View by overseeing the operations and personnel of the front desk and lobby area, providing office/clerical support to the facilities team, greeting and monitoring all guests entering the facility, directing calls and guests to the appropriate party, overseeing the delivery of mail and packages, and overseeing the receiving, sorting, and forwarding incoming mail. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe. In addition to ordering all nursing and office supplies.
To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, five (5) years of experience in a customer service role, and previous experience in a supervisory role. Prior experience in hospitality is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
