SUMMARY:
The Bridges Golf Club is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Catering Sales Manager. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.
The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for the development of market segments and solicitation of new customer relationships and existing customer relationships. He/or She is responsible for selling and servicing events for the Weddings, Social market and Corporate as well Member Events specifically. The primary focus is to the one point of contact from start to finish during the Sales process for all in-house Weddings, Social events and Galas. Additional responsibilities will include menu planning, agenda-setting, and hotel meeting services. Other duties will include reviewing contracts and facilitating communication before, during, and post-events with Resort staff to ensure a high level of service. The Catering Sales Manager will also contribute to site inspections, maintain strong customer relationships, and work as the Leader of the sales and catering staff.
