We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Manager to join our team. As the Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations, including sales, customer service, and event coordination. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

```Responsibilities```

- Develop and implement strategies to drive catering sales and meet revenue targets

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers

- Coordinate all aspects of catering events, including menu planning, staffing, and logistics

- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and resolving any issues that may arise

- Manage inventory and ordering of catering supplies and equipment

- Train and supervise catering staff to ensure high-quality service delivery

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities

```Qualifications```

- Proven experience in technical sales or business development, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry

- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

- Proficiency with catering software for managing leads and tracking sales activities

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

- Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on building long-term relationships

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
