Jeffrey Miller Catering (JAM) is a leading hospitality group in the tri-state area. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Assistant Venue Manager at our beautiful venue, Aldie Mansion in Doylestown, PA. This position supports the Venue Sales Manager by overseeing property operations, planning weddings from start to finish, and ensuring flawless execution of JAM events.

This position is performed both in a climate controlled indoor office environment, and outdoor as needed at venue events. Flexible working hours, based on the needs of our business, are generally provided. This position will be on-site for an average of five days per week depending on the season.
*Physical Requirements:*
This position requires the ability to drive, stand, sit, and walk, sometimes for long periods of time. Seeing, touching, and the use of fingers and hands. Ability to occasionally lift, up to 50 lbs. Ability to drive, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
*Direct Reports:*
This position does not directly supervise any position; however, the Assistant Venue Manager collaborates with the Venue Sales Manager and Director of Regional Facilities to schedule maintenance, upkeep, repairs and other needed site and property management needs.
