Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Sales and Catering Manager to oversee our sales and catering operations for High South Catering based in Bentonville, Arkansas. The Sales and Catering Manager will be responsible for selling caterings, organizing sales, contacting and building clients, supervising staff, managing inventory, coordinating food preparation, cooridinating events and ensuring exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality catering experiences.
Core Responsibilities Sales:
Communicate in a timely, professional, and high level for all High South Catering clientele.
Coordinate food and beverage services for all events with support from the Good Gravy Group leadership team.
Generate sales leads and secure business through effective proposals and review of High South Catering offerings.
Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and billing information.
Continuously develop relationships with clients, guests and identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell event services.
Review weekly all sales and correspondence with Director of Operations for the Good Gravy Group.
Ensure all guests and future clientele are given proper invoicing, information, and communication in all mediums of communication.
Adhere to all billing and invoice standards set forth by High South Catering management.
Ensure all email is restricted to yourself and the Good Gravy Group leadership. Privacy is a must.
Attend High South Catering meetings as required.
Core Responsibilities Caterings:
Manage events and timelines for all services.
Collaborate with vendors, clients, and guests to deliver high quality services and products.
Work with High South Catering Management for any site visits needed to ensure success of event.
Ensure all compliance with policies, procedures, state and federal safety standards.
Ensure all compliance with policies and procedures set for the by the Good Gravy Group and High South Catering.
Monitor all food and beverage provided to make certain it is up to the standards of High South and the clients needs.
Helping support scheduling employees to ensure shifts have proper coverage.
Enforcing food handling regulations and other guidelines to increase guest safety.
Promoting the restaurant and finding ways to bring in more customers.
Handling guest questions and concerns.
