- Prepare and set up catering events, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders
- Assist with food preparation, including plating and garnishing dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas and dining spaces
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide recommendations on menu items
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution of events
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry, banquet or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well within a team
