We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Catering Producer! As a Catering Producer, you are a front-line representative of our brand, leading executing many events each year. What is a Catering Producer?

As a Catering Producer you are leading the operation and execution of various catering events. Just as no event is the same, a day in the life of a Catering Producer is never the same. When you are assigned to an event, that event is now your pride and joy. As the Catering Producer, being able to lead and jump into different positions is a must! You do not necessarily need to know all of the pieces of an event but be willing to learn.

Our many departments work to prepare the necessary supplies you will need to execute great events. However, it is the Catering Producers role to double check all supplies to ensure that no detail is missed.

As a Catering Producer at Brancato’s, you and your team gather all of the supplies needed for your event, load the truck, drive to the event, unload and set everything up. You build appetizers and prepare food for service. You lead your team to ensure flawless and timely service. You tear down, pack up, load and drive back to the warehouse to unload. You are typically the first one in the warehouse and the last one out.

You may be perfect for this role if you…

• Love executing managing events at the highest level
• Have a good driving record you are comfortable driving a small van or box truck
• You have the ability to lead by example and direct a team
• As an operations professional, you understand the importance of details, planning and communication when producing an event.
• You strive to grow professionally everyday and want to help others do the same
• You are a pro at handling change and delivering it effectively to your team
• Are able to safely handle food and transport it
• Or you are ready and willing to put in the work to learn!

Physically able to meet the demands of a fast-paced setting. This job requires:

• Long periods of standing/walking
• Ability to squat, kneel, bend, and reach frequently
• Ability to frequently carry heavy trays. equipment and other items – often 30 lbs, sometimes 50lbs.
• Positive communication with guests using your effective listening skills and asking thoughtful questions
