What is a Catering Producer?
As a Catering Producer you are leading the operation and execution of various catering events. Just as no event is the same, a day in the life of a Catering Producer is never the same. When you are assigned to an event, that event is now your pride and joy. As the Catering Producer, being able to lead and jump into different positions is a must! You do not necessarily need to know all of the pieces of an event but be willing to learn.
Our many departments work to prepare the necessary supplies you will need to execute great events. However, it is the Catering Producers role to double check all supplies to ensure that no detail is missed.
As a Catering Producer at Brancato’s, you and your team gather all of the supplies needed for your event, load the truck, drive to the event, unload and set everything up. You build appetizers and prepare food for service. You lead your team to ensure flawless and timely service. You tear down, pack up, load and drive back to the warehouse to unload. You are typically the first one in the warehouse and the last one out.
