We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Catering Event Manager, being a front-line representative of our brand, leading executing many events each year. Duties may include:

• Event set up and delivery of pertinent equipment and products, may drive small van or box truck.
• Ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction through cohesive event execution management.
• Supervising, motivating directing staff during catering functions
• You may be asked to assist with: serving, bartending on site cooking. You will need to be able to handle small parties, buffets, seated dinners, dining room, back of the house service, convention logistics and service, concessions as well as bar set-ups/service.

Physically able to meet the demands of a fast-paced setting. This job requires:

• Long periods of standing/walking

• Ability to squat, kneel, bend, and reach frequently

• Ability to frequently carry heavy trays. equipment and other items – often 30 lbs, sometimes 50lbs.

• Positive communication with guests using your effective listening skills and asking thoughtful questions
