The Catering Lead plans and manages catered events and orders. Their duties include consulting with guests to determine their catering needs, supervising catering and kitchen team, and coordinating the preparation and serving of food for events. Often also required to arrange transportation for food and catering equipment while ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our guests.
