In your role as Banquet Server, you will have a variety of duties that include setting up rooms, serving plated meals, assisting at buffet lines, and clearing tables following the event.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Set up the room following written instructions, diagrams, and direction from the Event Supervisor. This may include assisting with décor, moving tables and chairs, setting up equipment, putting out gleaming glassware, china dinnerware, polished silverware, and crisp linens.
· Serve plated or buffet-style food, providing outstanding customer service to guests.
· Remove tableware as guests finish their meals.
· Vacuum, dust, clean glass, and reset the room following the event.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
· Walking and standing continually.
· Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
· Your schedule would include weekdays. You’ll also be offered some evening and weekend shifts.
· Black Ceruti’s polo shirt or tuxedo shirt & bowtie (provided), black pants or shorts, and black non-slip shoes.
COMPENSATION:
· $14.00 per hour.
· Review at 60 days with $1 per hour increase potential.
