The primary purpose of the Coordinator Catering Services position is to assist in the planning, development, and organization of all Catering Services activities.
Associates Degree in Food Service Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required. A minimum of three (3) years of progressive operations experience in food service in a high-volume setting. Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be substituted for the degree requirement.
