Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Event Production Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event production, with expertise in hanging pipe and drape, lighting, and full production setup. They must be able to work well with others, communicate effectively, and complete paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and dismantle event production equipment, including pipe and drape, lighting, audiovisual equipment, and staging.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Hang and adjust lighting fixtures to create desired atmospheres and effects.
• Assist with load-in and load-out of equipment at event venues.
• Maintain inventory of production equipment and supplies.
• Complete paperwork, including event setup sheets, equipment lists, and production schedules, in a timely and organized manner.
• Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during events.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event production or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of hanging pipe and drape, lighting, and full production setup.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed.
• Proficiency in completing paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
