managing food prep and cooking, Complying with safety and cleanliness standards. To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage your time and quality food to fulfill inventory orders on time. Ultimately, you will ensure all food is properly prepared to the same consistent standard.

•Store food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g. inrefrigerators)
•Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area

Skills /Qualifications: Proven work experience as a large venue, large catering, or emergency response Kitchen. Ability to keep calm under pressure.
This position works at a remote location. You will be hired for this specific Job; you will be expected to work overtime and stay onsite. You will be working as a team prepping breakfast and dinner for upwards of 2000 individuals. A positive and get it done attitude is required.
