SUMMARY
As an Advertising and Promotions Coordinator, candidate will be responsible for executing on and off property promotions and events as directed by marketing leadership. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for the execution of the social media strategy and will work with the marketing agency to assist with all on property signage needs and any other advertising needs as required.

• Completes logs and other paperwork as required.
• Candidate is responsible for updating and maintaining the website content.
• Possesses knowledge of events and activities in order to provide information as requested by guests.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of all amenities on property in order to actively market those amenities to guests.
• Execute promotions and events in accordance to promotional rules and guidelines.
• Perform casino announcements in a clear, concise, upbeat manner.
• Possesses an engaging personality that is detail oriented and able to complete tasks and meet deadlines in a highly time sensitive environment.
• Works with the marketing agency and marketing leadership to develop a social media strategy. Ensures the social media strategy is executed accordingly.
• Works with all departments to ensure all on property signage needs are met.
• Works with marketing agency to ensure advertising needs that require property involvement are completed.
• Assist the Casino Hosts to service guests through issuing comps, player cards, and general account servicing.
• May issue a complimentary in accordance with the approved comp matrix.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior customer service experience required.
LANGUAGE ABILITY
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers.
MATH ABILITY
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Microsoft Office experience required.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Indiana Gaming Commission.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

Candidate will be exposed to smoke when on the casino floor and in the Cage. Candidate must possess good interpersonal skills, be organized, and be able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Candidate will be exposed to all types of weather.
