Major Responsibility

• Maintain and ensure the integrity of the Poker Dealer Rotation. Provide excellent customers to all patrons.

Wage: $25.00 an hour

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acknowledge and greet customers and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Ensure that the Poker Dealer rotation is properly maintained, while following established procedure.
• Inform the Shift Manager of any suspicious or unusual activity.
• Abide by random draw for dealer rotations.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Be aware of games in progress, limits, and types of games.
• Never indicate that a tip “toke” or gratuity is expected for service.
• Keep accurate records and tracking of all dealers on shift, including absences and vacations.
• Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by the Casino Shift Manager.

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma or GED
• Must have prior Poker Dealer experience in a casino and/or cardroom (at least 2 yr. of Poker Floor experience preferred).
• Must be able to work any shift.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gardena City Work permit.
