POSITION SUMMARY:
This position involves managing and coordinating all marketing programs for Colusa Indian Community Council (CICC). The position requires close collaboration with casino marketing, advertising, direct mail, graphic designers, player development, and other internal departments within the casino and CICC. The main objective is to ensure that all campaigns and projects are executed and completed efficiently.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Documents all projects in detail and tracks progress daily
Perform daily and weekly maintenance to ensure the integrity of the information and design of the website.
Reports all activities and progress to the Director of Marketing and key marketing representatives to ensure everyone stays on track
Provides project management directly related to the entire marketing department
Manages all CICC promotions and events, from basic concept through implementation.
Manages database maintenance & enhancement projects
Facilitates the on-time circulation of direct mail letters and other distributed event information
Maintains and executes subscriptions, memberships, renewals, and processes all purchase orders, travel requests, and expenditures
Coordinates the communication of all marketing campaigns for CICC
Provides continuous marketing strategy support for CICC
Designs, proofreads and edits brochures, proposals, newsletters and other marketing promotional documents for CICC
Development and implements marketing initiatives for CICC
Provides data analysis and report preparation
Manages all details of CICC events ranging from small events to large functions from start to completion
Researches, develops, plans, and executes specific objectives that align with the Marketing Departments strategic direction, including developing proposals and budgets; negotiation of contracts; timeline development, invitations, onsite staffing, registration, etc.
Produces event reports (pre & post); tracking and reporting attendance, expenses, successes and making recommendations for improvements for future events;
Monitors the website and social network channels for CICC
Serve as a marketing representative for CICC within various community groups when assigned
Creates marketing plans under the direction of the Marketing Director/CICC leadership
Keep and provide accurate and up-to-date website activity, including social media/SEO marketing.
Tracks expenses and revenue for CICC
Establishes association partnerships under the direction of the Marketing Director and CICC leadership
Maintains and develops business relations with various service providers
Complete any other tasks assigned that are related to the current job responsibilities.
