SUMMARY
Assists the Catering & Social Events Manager in representing the club and assisting members and non-members in arranging private catered events. He/she will assist in executing all catered and club social events. He/she will ensure that each event is set-up and executed with high standards and as directed by the Catering and Social Events Manager, ensuring that the membership and guests are provided with exceptional food & beverage service. The F&B Catering Administrative Assistant will assist in overseeing that every detail associated with the set-up, execution, and closeout of all catered and social events are completed as directed by the Catering and Social Events Manager.
