About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking Senior Lead Data Management Analyst in Data Management and Insights (DMI) organization within the Enterprise Platform and Partner success Team. Responsible for L3 products planning and execution. Program planning, co-ordinate and maintain living-breathing roadmaps for L2, L1 products in partnership with respective product owners; Translation of roadmaps into Program Incremental (PI) deliverables; Oversight and tracking of the PI progress, raising visibility on risks and holding the delivery teams responsible for meeting the goals of PI. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of the organization In this role, you will: Organize and Lead Program Increment and Big room planning sessions of data platforms of Wells Fargo to meet the overall goals of the organization. Breakdown the organization goals into manageable deliverables, define the Program. Increment business and technical objectives working in conjunction with product managers and technical leaders. Partner with product owners on formulation and maintenance of roadmaps. Partner with Data Management & Insight (DMI), Line of Businesses (LOBs), Information Technology (IT) teams to implement business processes around data platforms in alignment with organizational strategy. Identification and implementation of best practices and procedures. Ensure adoption across business areas of EDL (Hadoop), Teradata, Google Cloud Platforms (GCP) is progressing in alignment with organizational priorities. Recommend remediation of process or control gaps that align to management strategies. Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership. Required Qualifications: 7 years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. 3 years of experience with Agile tools 3 years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies 3 years of experience with data governance and management practices 3 years of Data Management Platform (DMP) experience 3 years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools 3 years of experience leading multiple workstreams, applications, or deliverables 2 years of experience with Cloud technologies 3 years of experience designing software solutions using software architecture design principles 3 years of ETL, data warehouse and data analytics delivery experience on internal or external cloud platforms 2 years of banking industry experience Desired Qualifications: Familiar with the basic workings of large-scale enterprise data warehouses and associated tools Experience in translating strategic plans into executable integrated roadmaps. Working knowledge of data persistence, ingestion, and access requirements Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation skills and being a storyteller. Awareness around public cloud migration such as Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure, preferably in the data space Experience in understanding the “why” behind organizational priorities, coach partners to deliver value incrementally and ensure all delivery teams are working towards objectives. Strong ability to influence and hold teams accountable for deliverables without having direct authority and partner with 20 scrum teams to achieve program goals. Demonstrate past work experience of organizing and enabling teams in a scaled Agile environment and project management methodologies. Proven experience of leading data related development products and delivering outcomes. Experience in data architecture, strategy, implementing user journeys within the data domain for large enterprise strength platforms.
