Overview

Axient is currently seeking a Management Analyst to support our Rotary Wing customer in Warner Robins, GA

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to: 

• Advise and assist in the managing, organization, scheduling and maintaining of information
• Provides management support by creating spreadsheets, composing electronic mails, managing databases, maintaining paper and electronic files, and creating documents
• Prepares travel arrangements
• Manage video teleconferencing events and formal conferences
• Conducts weapon system performance analysis
• Generate monthly higher headquarters reports
• Compile and maintain aircraft performance metrics and weapons system master plans
• Participate in Lean events and working groups
• Track and manage the Suspense Tracking System (STS)
• Process Operation Requirements Documentations (ORD)
• Create and manage strategic type plans/documents and any and all types of briefings, filing, telephone communications, and perform access control
• Possesses ability to skillfully prepare statistical and written reports as well as presentations for management

Qualifications

• Must have an active and transferrable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level.  Must be able to maintain the required clearance
• BA/BS degree, and 10 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 3 of which must be in the DoD
• OR, 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, 5 of which must be in the DoD
• Must be able to problem solve and troubleshoot various situations to develop successful outcomes within established program/project guidelines
