    Job Functions (Essential)
    1. Manage the coordination of production orders status between operations and sales departments.
    2. Communicate all schedule changes to remanufacturing & overhaul center and material planning groups.
    3. Create, release, distribute, maintain and close remanufacturing and overhaul production orders.
    4. Responsible for some of the following major tasks related to order coordination including engineering change management, production order change management, production scheduling, order screening and acceptance.
    5. Develop processes using existing SAP and IT software tools for unique production order requests and needs for customers
    6. Reporting and tracking of production order changes, status and completion
    7. Assist management with remanufacturing and overhaul production planning and delivery plans.
    8. Keep management abreast of projects, vendor issues, workshops issues, pending problems and the financial impact.
    9. Work closely with other departments to improve efficiencies, reduce production lead time, and maintain positive working relationships.
    10. Facilitate the resolution of conflicts encountered during the management of multiple workshops and projects.
    11. Assist management in the creation of presentations and reports for senior management
    12. Implement continuous improvement initiatives for remanufacturing and overhaul department
    13. Maintain a clean and safe working environment
    14. Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Integrity Code.
    15. Perform special projects as required.

    Qualifications:

    Qualifications (Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
    Required:
    1. Bachelor's Degree in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Logistics or Business and 5 years of experience in logistics or materials management; or 9 years of experience in logistics or materials management
    2. Excellent ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.
    3. Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competitive needs and deadlines
    4. Excellent knowledge of Material Requirements Planning systems and Production Scheduling
    5. Strong organizational, planning and follow up skills
    6. Excellent analytical and problem solving ability when issues are complex
    7. Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to build positive relationships and work effectively with others
    8. Good self-starter with the ability to work extended periods without supervision and good personal drive, with can-do attitude
    9. Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills
    10. Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite
    Preferred:
    1. Knowledge of MTU products, policies and procedures
    2. Knowledge of diesel engine manufacturing
    3. Familiar with SAP operating system
    4. Familiar with Share point and Access
