Additionally, Category Management Analyst typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Category Management Analyst gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. *Ability to communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.
*Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize, and make trade-off decisions.

Preferred Requirements:
*Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology and/or Health Care Management.
*Master's in Business Administration or Health Care Management.
*Advanced education or certifications in Supplier Management, Health Care Management, etc.
*Prior experience in Information Technology, Health Care Management, Customer Service, Relationship Management, Government, Insurance, and/or Healthcare.
*Knowledgeable in quality methodologies; Lean and/or Six Sigma philosophies, tools, and techniques.
*Knowledge of Contract Financial Management practices including invoice tracking and budget analysis.
*Knowledge of procurement technologies.
*Knowledge of foundational IT systems, solutions, and capabilities.
*Knowledge of data capture process and/or experience working Conduent, Concentrix, and Smart Data Solutions.
