Casino Shift Manager jobs in Delaware
Casino Shift Manager oversees the casino activities during an assigned shift. Coordinates with departments to ensure total customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Being a Casino Shift Manager ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. Maintains visual presence on casino floor. Additionally, Casino Shift Manager enforces corrective action against individuals caught cheating. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Casino Shift Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Three (3) to Five (5) years’ experience in professional office management cleaning environment and/ or cleaning of large public areas facility.
- Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery during employment.
- Basic computer skills, strong organizational and leadership abilities required.
- Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty.
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.
- Ability to consistently comprehend, retains, and/or execute written, verbal and/or demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance
- Must be able to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
