High school diploma or GED as well as one (1) to three (3) years of related and/or supervisory experience. Must perform normal job functions while making clear and decisive decisions during heavy business demands. Must possess ability to comprehend and write correspondence and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must possess proven leadership skills to lead and train subordinate personnel. Must possess valid driver's license. Must be able to operate automatic and standard shift vehicle. Must be able to learn the operation of all parking equipment such as slim jim kit, jumper cables, 2-way radios, air tanks and other related equipment.
