Responsibilities:1. Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests with a friendly demeanor, taking orders accurately, and addressing any questions or concerns promptly and courteously.2. Prepare and assemble food orders according to Dickey's Barbecue Pit recipes and standards, ensuring accuracy, quality, and presentation.3. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms, following established cleaning procedures and schedules.4. Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, processing transactions efficiently and handling cash and credit card payments securely.5. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down work stations, restocking supplies, and cleaning equipment and utensils.6. Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with health code regulations.7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment, communicating effectively and offering assistance as needed.8. Uphold Dickey's Barbecue Pit's standards of excellence in food quality, portion control, and presentation, striving to exceed guest expectations with every order.9. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay informed about menu items, promotions, and company policies and procedures.10. Qualifications:1. Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and coworkers.3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and restaurant goals.4. Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards in food preparation, service, and cleanliness.5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the needs of the restaurant.6.
