- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cooking area
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Pit Master or similar role in a restaurant or catering setting
- Strong knowledge of barbecue techniques, including smoking, grilling, and seasoning
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
