Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pit Master to join our team. As a Pit Master, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of meats at the stadium. Your expertise in smoking and grilling techniques will contribute to the exceptional taste and quality of our dishes. Duties:
- Prepare and cook meats using various smoking and grilling techniques
- Monitor and maintain the temperature of smokers and grills
- Season meats with rubs and marinades to enhance flavor
- Trim, slice, and portion meats for serving
- Monitor cooking times to ensure meats are cooked to perfection
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cooking area
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Pit Master or similar role in a restaurant or catering setting
- Strong knowledge of barbecue techniques, including smoking, grilling, and seasoning
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
