Hours of Operations:

1st shift: 8:00AM-3:00PM

2nd Shift: 2:30PM-9:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guest
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Follow all safety and health regulations
• Operate and maintain BBQ pits and smokers to ensure optimal cooking conditions
• Monitor cooking temperatures and adjust as needed to achieve desired results
• Prepare and season meats for smoking according to established recipes and guidelines
• Monitor wood and charcoal levels to maintain a steady heat source throughout the cooking process

Skills:

• Food preparation: Ability to follow recipes and prepare food items according to established standards
• Customer service: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide friendly and efficient service to guests
• Food service: Knowledge of proper serving techniques, including table setup, taking orders, and delivering food
• Cash register: Proficient in operating a cash register, handling cash, and processing payments accurately
• Culinary: Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
• Sales: Ability to upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience
• Sanitation: Understanding of proper hygiene practices and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
