We put out Competition style BBQ at a fast, accurate pace to ensure guests enjoy their food and time in the restaurant. Must be able to plate every meal according to the restaurants way, follow rules and procedures, as well as health regulations. You would train to be responsible for ensuring the meats are cooked to specifications following guidelines and very specific training. Hours will be fixed, early morning everyday.
