Casino Pit Manager jobs in Minot, ND
Casino Pit Manager manages and directs the daily activities for an assigned area of the casino. Surveys the casino floor and looks for players that are cheating and removes suspected card counters. Being a Casino Pit Manager observes gaming personnel for evidence of theft or ties to dishonest players. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Casino Pit Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Casino Pit Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Qualifications
PREREQUISITES
General: Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for Tribal Key Gaming license.
Education: High School diploma or GED preferred but not required. Technical training in Table Games required. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace.
Experience: Minimum three years experience as a dealer of at least two table games in a casino with one year in a professional, supervisory position within a casino environment. Must be familiar with all table games in the casino.
Physical: Cannot be color blind. Position requires standing for long periods, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, bending, reaching
