JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE:

 Pit Supervisor

REPORTS TO:

 Casino Manager, General Manager

SUPERVISES:

 Primarily Pit Assistants, and Dealers, but may include Casino,    

 Restaurants and Bars.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 It is the policy of the company that the Pit Supervisor functions

 As the head of the pit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supervise pit and table game.
2. Keep daily logs, and track player activity.
3. Supervise casino, and restaurant when department supervisors

    are unavailable.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

   High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) or

   Or one to three month related experience and/or training: or

   Equivalent combination of education and experience,

  LANGUAGE SKILLS:

    English as a primary language.

MATH SKILLS:

    Ability to calculate figures and amount including discounts

    And percentages.

COMPUTER/REGISTER OPERATIONS:

    Basic personal computer skills, including electronic mail,

    Word processing, spreadsheets, etc.

PLANNING ORGANIZATION:

    Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  Must be able to stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands to handle and feel.

AVAILABILITY:

  Must be able to work any shift, any day of week and work overtime

  as needed.
