Casino Pit Manager manages and directs the daily activities for an assigned area of the casino. Surveys the casino floor and looks for players that are cheating and removes suspected card counters. Being a Casino Pit Manager observes gaming personnel for evidence of theft or ties to dishonest players. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Casino Pit Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Casino Pit Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.      About the Role
     
    The Marketing Coordinator is a vital member of the casino marketing team, responsible for providing essential support in the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns, projects, and initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for marketing to gain practical experience and contribute to the success of the company's marketing efforts.

    Responsibilities
    • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Collaborate with content creators to ensure timely delivery and distribution of marketing materials.
    • Work closely with Casino Team on reviewing marketing campaign briefs
    • Handle administrative tasks such as managing calendars to support the marketing team's overall efficiency
    • Help track and analyze key performance metrics of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights for future improvements.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, direct mail, VIP, and gaming operations, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of marketing strategies.
    • Assist the Sr Campaign Manager and Sr Marketing Coordinator with ad hoc tasks and projects as required, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the marketing department.
    Essential Functions
    • Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time.
    Qualifications  
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
    • Strong passion for marketing and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and their functionality.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
    Licensing Requirements
     
    As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations.  Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies.  Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment.  Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.
