JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintain the integrity of the game.
- Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
- Responsible for Managing Table Games areas and safeguarding company assets, while maintaining compliance with gaming regulations.
- Responsible for issuing player Comps, Player Rewards Cards, and individual table wins and losses.
- Responsible for managing the security of cards, chips and games, as well as inspecting for irregularities.
- Ensures Compliance with Delaware Park policies and State regulations, to ensure smooth and efficient gaming.
- Responsible for Pit accounting procedures (i.e. fills, credits and marker play).
- Monitor gaming levels and use judgment regarding the opening and closing of tables based on business volumes.
- Responsible to provide the necessary direction and explanation to dealers in regards to problems and/or difficulties in regards to the game.
- Works productively in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with co-workers and keeping Table Games Director apprised of any problem areas.
- Maintain professionalism at all times when working with other team members and/or guests.
- Ability to resolve guest / team member complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficient follow-up.
- Have the ability to read and understand Timesheets, record dealer hours, and adjust accordingly.
- Communicate (both written and verbal) with and promote positive team member and guest relations.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Must be a current Dual Rate Supervisor.
- Must have certification and proficiency in at least two games- Craps, Black Jack, or Roulette, and must have working knowledge of all Novelty Games.
- Must be able to successfully complete the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery.
- Understand all internal controls for the department; knowing all gaming regulations and steps taken to ensure compliance, including monitoring counting methods.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Player Tracking systems required.
- Must have strong math skills, with the ability to calculate numbers quickly and accurately. As well as excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to see and read cards at a distance of 20 feet.
- Ability to bend reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp as needed.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Must be willing to change current days off during the week and change shifts according to scheduling needs. |
