Casino Pit Manager manages and directs the daily activities for an assigned area of the casino. Surveys the casino floor and looks for players that are cheating and removes suspected card counters. Being a Casino Pit Manager observes gaming personnel for evidence of theft or ties to dishonest players. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Casino Pit Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Casino Pit Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Pit Loader Operator for our Hayden facility located in Hayden, IN

What You'll Get To Do
- Operate a wheel loader to load company haul trucks in the pit.
- Conduct a complete pre- and post-shift safety inspection daily.
- Responsible for knowing aggregate products.
- Able to estimate weight when loading trucks either visually or grade, maintain stockpiles.
- Communicate repair and safety issues to supervisor and/or mechanic.
- Responsible for lubrication of loader and performing minor repairs on equipment.
- Other job duties as assigned.
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
What We Are Looking For
- Prefer 2 years prior heavy equipment experience
- Open pit mining operations and aggregate products experience
- Frequently lift 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- MSHA training a plus
