Cash Management Service Supervisor supervises ongoing service of cash management programs for business banking clients. Assists in the development and implementation of custom plans to meet client's cash management requirements. Being a Cash Management Service Supervisor collaborates with service representatives, account management, and sales to provide technical support as needed. Makes recommendations on technical aspects of cash management service plan design. Additionally, Cash Management Service Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Cash Management Service Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. • Review all incoming orders for necessary and qualifying documentso Demographics
o Insurance
o Testing (where applicable)
o Supporting documents
· Verify insurance coverage and previous DME history
· Secure Method of Payment per MSC protocol
· Contact appropriate parties to obtain any missing documentation
· Accurate input of patient information and orders into system
· Generate and review medical necessity forms to ensure compliance and enter for billing purposes
· Schedule deliveries
· Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited high school.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Physical Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible customer service experience.
· Customer oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
· Pleasant personality with excellent phone and interpersonal and organizational skills (a team player)
· Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks
· Self Starter
· Works well independently
