Cash Management Service Supervisor supervises ongoing service of cash management programs for business banking clients. Assists in the development and implementation of custom plans to meet client's cash management requirements. Being a Cash Management Service Supervisor collaborates with service representatives, account management, and sales to provide technical support as needed. Makes recommendations on technical aspects of cash management service plan design. Additionally, Cash Management Service Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Cash Management Service Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. - Handled all Treasury functions along with interacting across departments and external/ banking stakeholders.
What you will do?
- Oversee and monitor the input of payments into the financial system to ensure accuracy.
- Implement efficient cash management practices to optimize the company's liquidity position.
- Review cash flow forecasts, monitoring daily cash balances.
- Work cross-functionally with the AP team to review payment requests and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
