Join our team at TPW as a Year-Round Customer Service Representative, where you will be the friendly and professional face of our community to homeowners, guests, renters, and vendors. In this vital role, you will assist with homeowner issues, provide service call resolutions, manage unit entry keys, and oversee community credentials. Your attention to detail and dedication to exceptional customer service will contribute to the continued exceptional operation of our communities.

Responsibilities:

• Represent TPW with a courteous and professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Assist homeowners, guests, and renters in resolving various issues.
• Coordinate service calls by offering relevant service provider information or arranging in-house service assistance.
• Track issuance of unit entry keys for owners and authorized service providers.
• Manage credentials related to community operations, such as parking passes.
• Utilize work orders to dispatch in-house maintenance staff and vendors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support community management.
• Supervise daily activities of common area buildings, including opening and closing.

Salary and Benefits

• Pay starting at $19.50 per hour

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Associate degree or 2 years of business experience preferred.
• General computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• BONUS: Flexibility to travel to our other offices in Southern Vermont as needed for coverage.

Schedule:

• Year-round position.
• 8-hour shifts.
• 32-40 hours per week.
• Availability for holidays, evenings, and weekends.
