Guides clients through onboarding, documentation, and implementation. Additionally, Cash Management Service Representative elevates important or complex inquiries to the appropriate manager, supervisor, or team to ensure they are resolved appropriately. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Cash Management Service Representative works under moderate supervision. A Cash Management Specialist coordinates the daily operations of cash management products, monitors delivery systems and handles client contacts with respect to operational matters. They are accountable for coordinating, controlling, planning and posting appropriate entries for accurate accounting and directing the activities associated with wire transfers.
