Cash Management Service Manager jobs in West Virginia
Cash Management Service Manager is responsible for the ongoing service of cash management programs for business banking clients. Oversees development and implementation of custom plans to meet client's cash management requirements. Being a Cash Management Service Manager acts as a liaison between client companies, service representatives, account management and sales, providing technical support as needed. Makes recommendations on technical aspects of cash management service plan design. Additionally, Cash Management Service Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Cash Management Service Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Cash Management Service Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Business Office Manager is responsible for maintaining corporate business office policies and procedures and direct supervision of the Assistant BOM. The BOM must be able to effectively communicate with the Executive Director, Regional Team, and Business Office Staff as well as interact effectively with external clients such as families, attorneys, and outside agencies.

Qualifications:
- Must have prior billing experience.
- College degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or related field
- Strong Leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast pace environment as a team and also independently.
- Must possess a thorough understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Managed Care costing and analysis, personnel management, accounts receivable/collections, resident funds, accounts payable, general ledger, and management of information systems.
- Must be computer literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel and Word.
