Established local company specializing in property development, asset management, property management and residential construction is seeking an experienced accounting professional. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of one year accounting related experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, a dedicated work ethic and reliable transportation. Responsibilities include the maintenance of a daily cash log, processing and recording a large volume of bank transactions, cashflow reporting and assisting with projects as needed. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the company’s financial transactions while maintaining a strong internal control environment. This individual must work well in a fast-paced environment and still be able to meet essential deadlines.
