Cash Management Manager determines corporate cash requirements and maintains appropriate cash flow. Responsible for managing lockbox deposits and disbursements and wire transfer operations. Being a Cash Management Manager is responsible for the secure and maximum use of corporate funds by working with banks and investment firms. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Cash Management Manager typically reports to a director. The Cash Management Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Cash Management Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     What you will be doing:

     

    As a member of our customer service team, you will provide our loyal and new customers with amazing service as you work with them through the process to access the financial products they need.

     

    In addition, you will:

    • Be a proud brand ambassador
    • Work with customers to find the best financial solutions to fit their needs
    • Participate in ongoing trainings to stay up to date on our products and processes

    Qualifications

     What you should have:

    • You should have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule
    • 6 months of customer service experience will be an asset
    • 6 months of cash handling experience will be an asset
    • Availability to work full-time

    Job Type: Full Time

     

    Hourly: $18.00 - $24.00

     

    The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range for this position based on the provincial average.  The actual base hourly offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including, but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

     

    All full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages.  You will also be eligible to participate in our RRSP/DPSP program once you have completed 3 months of employment with a company match.
